Provide Support ライブチャットと Zen Cart の統合

Provide Support ライブチャットソフトウェアを簡単にあなたの Zen Cart ベースのウェブサイトに追加することができます。 All you need to do is update your theme’s footer file with the help of the file manager.

1. First of all, you need to copy your chat button code. You can do this on My Account / Chat Button Codes page in your account Control Panel where you need to choose 'Fully Featured Chat Button Code with Uploadable Online / Offline Images' or 'Pure JavaScript Chat Button Code'.
2. 次に FTP または CPanel にログインして統合を続行してください。
3. Includes ディレクトリを見つけてください。
4. Templates / Template_Default / Common フォルダを開きます。
5. Common フォルダの中の tpl_footer ファイルを開いて編集します。メモ帳またはその他の HTML エディタを使用して編集することができます。 次に、Provide Support ライブチャットボタンのコードを tpl_footer ファイルの最後に挿入します。
6. 変更を保存し tpl_footer ファイルを FTP または CPanel にアップロードしなおします。
7. これだけです！これでライブチャットボタンの外観を確認することができます。

Note! Your live chat button position and set of images for offline and online statuses can be adjusted on the Account Settings / Live Chat Window page in your account.
